Montreal Real Wedding: Marie France + Clint

Hi Hi,

We had the most incredible weekend up north at one of our last weddings of 2011 and even though I am desperate for sleep, I wanted to share some of the detail pics from Marie-France and Clint's Cocktail Dinatoire this past October. 

With a cream and white color palette, this couple wanted to keep everything fresh, clean and romantic. It's not always easy to transform an alternative venue, like this Gallery {Gallery St-Dizier} into a wedding ceremony + reception, but with some creative thinking, we managed to make this venue the perfect spot for this adorable couple's I Do's. Today was a great day at Principal Planner! We got featured on one of our favorite wedding blogs. Wedding Chicks is a great go to place for all wedding aficionados who want to get inspired. You may remember me talking about Nancy + Justin. Not only did I fall in love with these two- Justin even designed our new logo AND drew our custom frames for the new site. Seriously... I am so honored to have worked with this duo and will never forget May 22nd, 2011 when they finally became man and wife! (after 9 years of dating!!)

Montreal Real Wedding: Golf Metropolitan {Sneak Peek}

Hi Hi!

When I met Anna... I pretty much knew we'd be getting along just fine. This uber fashionista is so freaking sweet, I don't know how to explain it to you. She knew she wanted to wow her guests and in the end... WE DID!

Anna came to me with a couple of things booked. A venue {The Metropolitan Golf Course} and a florist {Venus Flowers}. I'm not going to lie, when she gave me her colour palette I was a bit worried. Red, Black and White. When I hear this color combo, the first thing that pops into my mind is... The Wedding Singer {80's wedding decor}. Being the stylish bride that she is, this was obviously not what she had in mind so we put our heads together and voila. Take a peek at Anna & Rai's big day. Oh did I forget to mention Anna wanted red roses? ONLY red roses. She got some. Thousands. Literally.

ps: Amongst a million other entertainers... Karl Wolf Performed at the wedding. So much fun!!

Hi Hi,

Sometimes you meet a clients and you know you will keep them in your life forever. Hind and her lovely mother are two of these people. We planned the wedding decor for Hind's Brother and his beautiful bride to be in two months. Even with the time constraint, I have never felt so relaxed. With such wonderful, loving and appreciative clients, a designer couldn't ask for more. Oh I did get lucky with one other thing- Monique Simone was the photographer and I knew she would BRING it as she always does.

I was so nervous that our couple wouldn't like something {since I actually never even met them!}, but we were thrilled to hear that they were over the moon about their wedding day. Congratulations Haya and Talal!

As our wedding season slowly comes to an end, we are getting ready for our new creative projects. Quite a few are in the works and one is an expansion of our growing dessert table business.
