Simply put, Montreal needed a place for sweet table aficionados to go and pick up all the things necessary to create gorgeous sweetscapes. It's not rocket science {ok maybe a little}, but to create a gorgeous spread with your fav sweets, there are certain elements you just cannot do without. In large part, the perfect cake stands ARE exactly that. Now, without having to go out and buy or even worse, FIND the perfect stands, there is a place for you to add, enter info, pay and voila.. wait to receive your rentals just in time for the big reveal. We're extremely excited to launch Principal Planner Rents, a division of Principal Planner {Azar Jazestani Events}. Montreal Sweet Table: Urban Design

HI HI!

This urban 'sweetscape' was created with an incredibly talented group of vendors {scroll down for list}. Miss Caketress and I were talking one day when she showed me a picture of an interior designed by Kelly Wearstler. The colours and trellis pattern really caught my eye and I immediately needed to create something inspired by it. As with any concept, ideas evolve and the end result is always something new. Personally, I think this sweet table is one of the most interesting ones we have designed to date. 

One of my fav elements: The painted 'paper pom pom' mural by my dear friend Margherita Terrone. Instead of the paper poms that have been DONE, we thought... paint them on! Have a look.

Old Montreal Wedding: Amelie and Daniel

Hi Hi,

August 20th was craaaaaaazy. We had two gorgeous weddings and I'm excited to share one of them with you tonight. Amelie and Daniel came to us with a modern + clean vision for their big day. The only problem was that they had booked a venue that was ALLLLL wrong. After explaining the importance of the event space to them- they trusted us and moved their dream wedding to the Scena in Old Montreal. This is a decision these two love birds will never regret. Simple and perfect centerpieces from the girls over at O.xide Design, Stationary by Chandelier Blanc, Cookie Favours by L&V Sweets and my awesome team made this wedding everything A+D had ever wanted.

Principal Planner created a beautifully detailed wedding to fit them perfectly. 

Secrets from the planning process: Daniel had a soft spot for our sweet tables. He wanted one created for them that would really wow their guests so we really BROUGHT it for him. The night went on without a single hitch and we are proud to have been there every step of the way. Congratulations go out to both of you. Montreal Sweet Tables: Sneak Peek

Hi hi,

I feel like I've been avoiding you. Mainly because I don't want to spill all the beans on the many projects we have in the works. Trying to keep my mouth zipped, which means, I'm literally in the closet every night with a wrap around my mouth JUST to stay away from the temptation! Tonight's one of those nights where I have obviously fallen off the wagon. 

I love sharing great new things with all you stylish brides and grooms so here we go. A little sneak peek into the new world of Principal Planner. As you may know, I have a serious addiction to sweets and gorgeous sweet tables. Long after the days where this 'fad' drops off {like cupcake towers}, I will still love nothing more than one of these beautifully manicured bad boys! As a dessert table stylist, I think ALL couples should be able to afford a gorgeous, show stopping sweets spread. That is why Sucré was born. High style dessert dessert tables for the couple who want to cut the cake in style.
